Set with 2 oval sapphire totalling ca. 7.4 ct, Ceylon, unheated, surrounded by 12 circular-cut diamonds weighing ca. 2.4 ct. Italian gold marks. L ca. 2.1 cm.

With Gem & Pearl Laboratory report no. 25866, April 2025, for both sapphires, where they are described as unheated.
