A very rare church hourglasses from the 17th Century.
These were fitted on the pulpit with a wrought iron basket.
Visitors could see from the hourglass how much speaking time was left.
Brass casing with lots of impacted decorations and eleven spiraling pillars.
Glass has colour differences and irregularities.
The ampoules are connected through classic knot joins from cloth and copper thread.
Heght of the casing 19cm, and width 23cm.
Various running times indicated on the ampoules.
