L’anello, databile alla fine del XIX secolo, è interamente realizzato in argento e oro e presenta la peculiare raffigurazione di Nettuno, divinità dell’acqua, delle correnti e, di conseguenza, del mare, colto nell’intento di portarsi una mano al viso. Il dio è raffigurato di profilo, con una capigliatura imponente ed estremamente naturalistica, tant’è che se ne ravvisa l’elevato pregio qualitativo ed artistico che ha permesso un perfetto delineamento dei riccioli. A completare l’iconografia della divinità si scorge il copricapo tridentato e un corpo possente. La montatura, invece, è caratterizzata da scanalature laterali. 

The ring, dated to the end of the 19th century, is made entirely of silver and gold and features the peculiar depiction of Neptune, deity of water, currents and, consequently, the sea, captured in the intent of putting a hand to his face. The god is depicted in profile, with an imposing and extremely naturalistic hair, so much so that his high qualitative and artistic value is evident, which has allowed for a perfect delineation of the curls. Completing the iconography of the deity are the tridentate headdress and a powerful body. The frame, on the other hand, is characterized by lateral grooves.
