In gold and silver; featuring a central carnelian cameo carved with the profile of Bacchus—depicted with vine tendrils in his hair—surrounded by brilliant-cut diamonds (approx. 1.33 ct total; G/K color, VVS/SI clarity) and two pear-cut diamonds (approx. 0.38 ct total; H/I color, VVS/VS clarity); finished at the ends with two mixed-cut purple sapphires (approx. 1.80 ct total).
